Our commitment to information pushed us, in year 2000, to invest in the newest technologies creating a website with which to offer breeders, horse owners, stud farms, yard and club managers, equestrian centres, animal shelters, veterinary hospitals, professionals and horse lovers in general the most useful information and our extensive and constantly updated catalogue. In 2006, the International Chamber of Commerce recognized our efforts and awarded us its ChamberTrust seal certifying the quality of our website, the accurateness of the information found within, the existence of a physical stock which translates into an immediate shipping of all orders and our professionalism in our online transactions.

One of the aspects we are most proud of is our information section. This is why we strive to make ongoing improvements and have introduced additional tools such as: a technical blog, a news bulletin, presence in social networks and articles published in the most renowned magazines, both in LUPA’s own name and through our collaborators. This has all led us to become one of the leading Spanish-speaking equestrian online-stores and also one of the main technical blogs. Among this extensive information, riders and yard managers can find all the basics, and often much more, about the safety and excellence features that any good facility must offer for the care and wellbeing of our animals.

In a more relaxed tone, we started to publish our blog. It serves both to promote new products and to publish editorials and have a meeting point with our customers, where we can solve their doubts and maintain a close relationship with them. In short, in LUPA we are in constant renewal to offer the best possible service.
